Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital products

Mailcadence credits are digital content delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT.

2. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied on a non-physical medium, this right expires once delivery has begun, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB / Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). You give this consent during checkout before any credits are delivered.

3. Refunds for unused credits

As a goodwill policy, unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been redeemed, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@mailcadence24.com with your order date and the email address on your account. You may also use the model withdrawal wording below.

5. Model withdrawal form

"I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the purchase of the following digital credits: [pack], ordered on [date], account email [email]. Date and signature."

6. Payment processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Mailcadence does not store your full card details. For company and contact details see our Impressum.
