1. Our Commitment

Mailcadence is committed to protecting children and minors from harm. Our platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

2. Age Restrictions

By using Mailcadence, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian. Accounts found to belong to users under 16 will be terminated and associated data deleted.

3. Prohibited Content

We strictly prohibit any content that exploits, endangers, or targets children. This includes but is not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Child exploitation material in any form
• Content that grooms or solicits minors
• Bullying, harassment, or threats directed at children

4. Reporting

If you encounter any content or behaviour that endangers a child on our platform, please report it immediately to us at safety@mailcadence24.com. We work closely with law enforcement and child protection organisations, including the Singapore Police Force and the National Council of Social Service (NCSS).

5. Parental Controls

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity. If you believe your child has created an account without your consent, contact us at hello@mailcadence24.com and we will take appropriate action.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations involving child safety. We report instances of child exploitation to relevant Singapore authorities and international organisations where required by law.
