How fast are coins delivered after purchase?+

Coins are credited to your account instantly. If you don't see them within a minute, refresh the page or check your order history under Account.

Can I get a refund on unused coins?+

Yes — unused coins can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are not eligible. Contact support with your order ID to initiate a refund.

Do coins expire?+

No. Coins purchased on Mailcadence never expire and can be used whenever you're ready to ship your next campaign.

I purchased a pack but didn't receive my coins. What now?+

Open a Billing ticket below with your order ID. We'll investigate and credit your account within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?+

Send us an Account ticket from the email associated with your account. We'll delete your data within 7 business days.
